FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to medicine, more precisely to ophtalmosurgery. Accommodating artificial lens contains optic part and supporting elements. Supporting elements are made as, at least, two diametrically arranged bent arches, each whereof presents a part of logarithmic spiral, fastened in the butt ends of the optic part. Section of the logarithmic spiral adjoining butt section of the anterior surface of the optic part, is faced with the bulge to the centre of the capsular sack. One of the logarithmic spirals is made right, the other-left against anterior surface of optic section. Whereat bent arches are placed in the plane, perpendicular to the main plane of the optic part and interact on the one side with the surface of the optic part and on the other side with internal surface of the capsular sack. Front surface of the optic part is faced toward the anterior surface of the capsular sack.
EFFECT: use of the present device improves accommodating properties, minimises local deformations of the capsular sack and makes it possible to dose optic power of the ALE.
