FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: endoprosthesis contains pelvic component, head, neck, trochanteric part of cylindrical form, leg, which has cylindrical part and lower part, narrowing conically. Cylindrical part of leg makes single entity with trochanteric part and step-by-step passes into lower part. Endoprosthesis also has ribs and projections. Projections are made along rib bases. On anterior and posterior surfaces of trochanteric part and cylindrical part of leg longitudinally made are blocked in lower parts slots of "dovetail" junctions. Ribs have isosceles triangle in section and pyramid-like sharpened lower ends. Protrusions are installed in slots with possibility of travel. In assembled "dovetail" junction pyramid-like sharpened lower ends protrude in distal direction beyond cylindrical part of said leg.
EFFECT: invention ensures improvement of operation outcome due to reduction of time for its performance and reduction of caused by it trauma.
