FIELD: technological operations.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to methods and devices for realisation of chemical processes in industry and may be used for laboratory research of kinetic characteristics of chemical reactions. Gas-phase chemical processes are carried out with aerosol nanocatalysis in reactor in presence of inert material and heterogeneous catalyst in aerosol condition with equivalent diametre of particles of not more than 10 µm. Reactor or only particles of inert material and heterogeneous catalyst are exposed to action of elastic oscillations with frequency of 33-400 oscillations per minute and amplitude of 10-20 mm with energy of inert particles collision equal to 1.4*10-5 J. Concentration of Concentration of passed through steam-gas mixture in zone of reaction makes from 5.2*10-4 to 7.01*10-3 g/m3. Reactor comprises cylindrical vessel with inlet and outlet nozzles for reagents and products of reaction, hatch for introduction of heterogeneous catalyst and inert material. Ends of nozzles are located inside vibration-liquefied layer. In nozzle ends there are gas distribution filters installed, surface of which is installed coaxially to direction of inert particles and heterogeneous catalyst motion.

EFFECT: low demand of catalyst with simultaneous increase of reaction rate.
