SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and is designed for drinking hot or cooled beverages from disposable tableware. A thermoinsulated vessel comprises a cup with a side wall, and a thermoinsulating wrapper wrapped around the cup side wall. The above thermoinsulating wrapper consists of a basic sheet and a thermoinsulating inserted sheet. The basic sheet and the thermoinsulating inserted sheet have trimmed side edges each; the surface square of the thermoinsulating inserted sheet is less than that of the above basic sheet. The thermoinsulating sheet is glued to the basic sheet so that the trimmed edges of the basic sheet are extended over the trimmed edges of the thermoinsulating sheet; and at least one section adjacent to the trimmed edges of the said inserted sheet is free from the basic sheet. The trimmed edges of the basic sheet are overlapping and connected directly to each other to form a side seam. The basic sheet is adhesively stuck to the said side wall of the said cup.

EFFECT: economical design provides for easy use and structure rigidity.
