SUBSTANCE: invention relates to double paper wrappers used in an aerosol-generating substrate element. Aerosol-generating substrate element is surrounded by exactly two paper layers which do not extend beyond the aerosol-generating substrate. Aerosol-generating substrate contains 10% to 30% of glycerol by weight. First paper wrapper and the second paper wrapper have a total thickness in range of 60 micrometers to 200 micrometers. First paper wrapper does not overlap with itself, and the second paper wrapper does not overlap with itself.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides creation of a visually and mechanically stable aerosol-generating substrate element.
