FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: method for hot filling with application of casting machine comprising multiple casting elements consists in the fact that in case of filling process interruption for prevention of poured product cooling in casting elements and or cooling of casting elements themselves, hot poured product is transported in path including these casting element. Path of product flow passage is located inside machine from source of poured product to drain for poured product that receives poured product. There are facilities for closure of casting elements and creation of mentioned path in machine.
EFFECT: reliable elimination of harmful microorganisms in poured product and casting elements.
