FIELD: transportation, distribution of liquids.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of drinks pouring, preferably those that contain carbon dioxide. Method for controlled foaming of filler contained in bottles or similar containers is realised with application of nozzle, through which liquid foaming substance is injected under pressure into containers that pass by the nozzle. At the same time injection of foaming substance is carried out under pressure from 2 to 16 bar, and pressure of injection increases as number of containers moved along the nozzle per unit of time increases, i.e. with increase of processing efficiency. There is a bypass pipeline provided parallel to pump, having partially controlled drive to control pressure of injection. Device is also provided for realisation of the mentioned method.

EFFECT: inventions provide for better foaming of filler in bottles with high efficiency of pouring.
