FIELD: heating, burning.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to solid specific waste deactivation technologies. Under the method proposed the toxic chemicals organic components become burnt in an alkaline agent flux liquid furnace with the refuse burnout subsequently discharged into a slag pot. The furnace combustion gases are supplied via a pipeline into the afterburner chamber top compartment where they become blended with downwards supplied flows of liquid and solid fuel combustion products and air additionally supplied to receive treatment with an alkaline solution aerosol. When discharged from the afterburner chamber bottom compartment the combustion gases are directed into the gas chiller equipped recuperator. After that the combustion gases are pre-cleaned in a cyclone chamber and decontaminated in a catalytic reactor. Then the combustion gases are additionally chilled in the gas chiller, ducted into a bag filter, further blown through an absorber filter and discharged into the chimney.

EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of organic compound decomposition as well as of collection and deactivation of decomposition products generated as a result of invalid toxic chemical or similar substance burning.
