FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: method for manufacturing a highly heat-resistant sound-absorbing and sound-insulating material comprises the stage of grinding and mixing, at which a fiber material containing heat-resistant fibers is ground and mixed; the stage of forming a web, at which a web is formed from the fiber material obtained by grinding and mixing; the step of the web layering, at which the formed web is packaged; the stage of needle-piercing, at which the non-woven fabricate is formed by means of moving a needle up and down through the multilayer web; the stage of impregnating with the binder, at which the non-woven fabricate impregnated with the binder is formed by immersing the nonwoven factory in a binder solution, at which a thermosetting binder resin having the heat resistance up to the temperature of 200°C or higher, is dispersed in an organic solvent at the concentration of 5-70 wt %; and the stage of extracting the solvent, at which the solvent is removed from the non-woven fabricate impregnated with the binder for obtaining the non-woven material used as a sound-absorbing and sound-insulating material.

EFFECT: creating a method for the efficient manufacturing of a fundamentally new highly heat-resistant sound-absorbing and sound-insulating material.
