FIELD: acoustics; manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to soundproofing and concerns sound-absorbing and insulating material and a method for manufacturing same. Material consists of an inner sound-absorbing and insulating layer, made of a first non-woven fabric made of heat-resistant fibre and binder evenly distributed inside the first non-woven fabric and maintaining the three-dimensional shape of the inside of the first non-woven fabric, and an outer sound-absorbing and insulating layer made of a second non-woven fabric made of heat-resistant fibre, in which the outer sound-absorbing and insulating layer is stacked on one side or both sides of the inner sound-absorbing and insulating layer.
EFFECT: invention provides a material having excellent sound-absorbing properties, fire resistance, heat resistance and thermal insulation properties, excellent mouldability and appearance of the surface.
