FIELD: physics; optics.

SUBSTANCE: present invention pertains to pulse-periodic fibre laser emitters with pyrotechnic pumping and can be used for testing resistance of optronic equipment to laser radiation. The device contains an emitter unit, pyrotechnic lamps and a holder for holding the pyrotechnic lamps. The device also contains fibre-active elements, made from glass, which, for each separate fibre-active element, is activated by ions of a chemical element, different from ions which are used to activate other fibre-active elements, a shutter system and a total-reflection prism system. The emitter unit is made in form of a system of pipes, consisting of a cylindrical mirror reflector and a quartz pipe, between which there are spiral-shaped fibre-active elements.

EFFECT: obtaining a reusable, portable, reliably stored and easy to use emitter, providing for intense narrow-directed pulse-periodic laser radiation at the output with wavelength 1,03 mcm, 1,06 mcm and 2,9 mcm with different combinations of wavelength in a single pulse.
