SUBSTANCE: proposed preserve preparation method envisages the following operations. The formulation ingredients are pre-processed according to the traditional technology. Prepared beetroot and carrots are blanched and strained. Prepared parsley green and dill is chopped and frozen, preferably - at a fast rate. Prepared chicken fillet is sliced. The listed ingredients mixed with table salt without oxygen access. The resultant mixture and sour cream are packaged at given ratio of components, vacuum-sealed and sterilised to obtain target product.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase digestibility of culinary dish.
