FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used for treating non-union of humerus accompanied by limited defects of bone tissue. A partial resection of ½ of the fibular bone is performed. That is followed by separating the fibular autograft and implanting it telescopically into a defect of the humerus. Fragments and transplant are fixed by splint extra-articulated distal shoulder plate with angular stability of screws. Further, a transplant is taken from an iliac crest, divided into two equal parts, and bone spongy-cortical autografts are inserted along the extremity axis. That is followed by mechanical augmentation of bone fragments and transplants with a small straight plate with angular stability of the screws.

EFFECT: method enables improving the clinical results of the patients with humerus defects by using two plates with angular stability of screws for fixing: the whole segment and augmenting the bone autografts, as well as by using a graft made of fibula embedded telescopically into intramedullary canals of proximal and distal fragments, using spongy-cortical grafts from iliac bone or allografts.
