FIELD: lighting.
SUBSTANCE: light-emitting device contains at least one light emitting diode, implemented with the ability of emission of light, phosphor, implemented with the ability of light wave length change, additionally phosphor basically covers at least section of light emitting diode, additionally phosphor includes lead and/or copper and rare-earth element, and/or other luminescent ion. Phosphor can include compositions such as aluminate, silicates, alloyed by lead and/or copper, antimonates, alloyed by lead and/or copper, germanates, alloyed by lead and/or copper, germanates - silicates, alloyed by lead and/or copper, phosphates, alloyed by lead and/or copper, or its any combination.
EFFECT: receiving of light-emitting device, providing wide range of colour temperature from approximately 2000 K up to, approximately 8000 K or approximately 10000 K, and/or colour rendering index more than approximately 90 and also to create light-emitting devices with improved luminescent properties, improved stability against water impact, moisture and other polar solvent.
