FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to nephrology and can be used for early diagnostics of renal blood flow abnormalities in patients with oxalate nephropathy. Duplex Dopplerography of renal blood vessels is carried out twice determining resistivity index under basal conditions and after meat protein load. If resistivity index after meat protein load increases higher than 0.73 abnormality of renal blood flow is diagnosed.
EFFECT: obtaining possibility to diagnose changes of renal blood flow at pre-clinical stage in patients with oxalate nephropathy.
