SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to otolaryngology. Essence of method lies in layer-by-layer sewing the gaping defect with local tissues in combination with reinforcing plate from permeable-porous titanium nickelide. Reinforcing plate is preliminarily introduced between skin and fascia on the neck section adjacent to the gaping defect. It is kept for implantation for 3-5 months. After that skin-fascial flap on pedicle with implanted reinforcing plate is isolated. Preliminarily refreshed gaping defect is covered with flap with orientation of flap skin layer into trachea. Before covering the gaping defect skin layer of isolated flap is deepidermised on the edges, contacting with the gaping defect edges.

EFFECT: application of claimed invention makes it possible to cover trachea defect, reduce terms of implant integration and increase operation justifiability.
