FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: device of internal fixation for fixation of intracapsular fracture of femoral neck contains: tubular element with sharp end point and blunt end point; at least one canal formed in said tubular element, said at least one canal extends from said sharp end point to said blunt end point; at least, one screw made with possibility of passing in said at least one canal and extending outside beyond said sharp end point; thread made on section of said at least one screw, which is made with possibility of extending beyond said sharp end point; screw head, made on said at least one screw, in order to prevent complete insertion of said at least one screw into said at least one canal; and in thus, after said tubular element is implanted into bone with crossing fracture line approximately on 1 or 2 mm, said at least one screw is inserted through said at least one canal in such way that compression of bone fragments is ensured in order to accelerate bone union process. Device of hybrid blocking fixation for fixation of fracture in femoral neck or pertrochanteric section, device containing: tubular element with sharp end point and blunt end point; at least one canal formed in said tubular element, said at least one canal extends from said sharp end point to said blunt end point; at least, one screw made with possibility of passing in said at least one canal and extending outside beyond said sharp end point; at least two openings, formed across said tubular element, said at least two openings being formed on opposite sides of said tubular element; at least four pin screws at least two pin screws being made with possibility of blocking said tubular element, and said at least two pin screws and at least two pin screws are introduced into distal bone fragment in order to ensure stability of tubular element in bone; connective element, made with possibility of fastening said at least two pin screws; and in such way said tubular element is implanted into femoral neck, said at least one screw is inserted through said at least one canal in such way that compression and sliding of bone fragments are guaranteed at least one pin screw is introduced through said tubular element through said at least two openings and at least two pin screws are fixed in said distal bone fragment, pin screws being connected through said connective element in order to accelerate union process, connections by said connective element can be corrected after operation. Method of fixation of intracapsular femoral neck fracture contains the following stages: provided are internal fixator containing tubular element with sharp end point and blunt end point; at least one canal formed in said tubular element, said at least one canal extends from said sharp end point to said blunt end point; at least, one screw made with possibility of passing in said at least one canal and extending outside beyond said sharp end point; thread made on section of said at least one screw made with possibility of extending beyond said sharp end point; screw head, made on said at least one screw, in order to prevent complete insertion of said at least one screw into said at least one canal; 2-3 cm long skin cut is performed on trochanteric section; said tubular element is inserted into femoral neck at angle approximately 95-110 degrees with respect to axial line of femoral bone body in such way that screw itself from at least one contracting screw is adapted for positioning in direction towards lower quadrant of femoral neck in order to tough slightly healthy cortical layer of cervical ergot spur of femoral neck, said tubular element crossing fracture line approximately on 1 or 2 mm; said at least one contracting screw is driven in.
EFFECT: ensuring possibility of minimally invasive fracture fixation with early callus formation in extracapsular fractures, constant compression due to properties of sliding and convenience in application
