FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine. According to the first version, an intramedullary nail for the femoral bone comprises a pin having a proximal segment, a distal segment, a medial side, a lateral side and a long axis extending in the proximal and distal directions. The proximal segment has a non-circular cross-section perpendicular to the long axis. A reparative incision is made on the proximal segment and directed to the femoral head and neck. In the reparative mode, at least one element is inserted into the above incision. An antegrade incision is arranged on the proximal segment and directed towards the lesser trochanter. In the antegrade mode, at least one element is inserted into the above incision. A reparative incision extends from the medial side of the nail to its lateral side. The antegrade incision is radially displaced in relation to the reparative incision. The central axis of the antegrade incision does not transect the long axis of the nail. The intramedullary nail for the femoral bone according to the second version comprises a pin having a proximal segment, a distal segment, a medial side, a lateral side and a long axis extending in the proximal and distal directions. A reparative incision is made on the proximal segment and directed to the femoral head and neck. In the reparative mode, at least one element is inserted into the above incision. The antegrade incision is arranged on the proximal segment and directed towards the lesser trochanter. In the antegrade mode, at least one element is inserted into the above incision. The distal incision is made on the distal segment. Each of the above incisions, namely the reparative, antegrade and distal incisions have the central axis. The central axis of the antegrade incision lies in the antegrade plane parallel to the long axis. The central axis of the distal incision lies in the antegrade plane or in a plane parallel to the antegrade plane. The central axis of the reparative incision transects the antegrade plane. According to the first version, the intramedullary nail comprises a pin having a proximal segment, a distal segment, a medial side, a lateral side and a long axis extending in the proximal and distal directions. The reparative incision is made on the proximal segment. In the reparative mode, at least one element is inserted into the above incision. An inlet of the above incision is substantially arranged on the lateral side of the pin, whereas its outlet is substantially arranged on the medial side of the pin. The antegrade incision is made on the proximal segment. In the antegrade mode, at least one element is inserted into the above incision. An inlet of the above incision is substantially arranged on the lateral side of the pin, whereas its outlet is substantially arranged on the medial side of the pin. An outlet of the antegrade incision completely falls inside the limits of the output of the reparative incision. The intramedullary nail according to the second version comprises the first non-circular transverse incision, the central axis of which is displaced from the central long axis of the nail. The above first incision has a collar. The above incision is configured to insert a compression appliance therein. From the lateral side of the nail, the above incision has an inlet, and an outlet - from the medial side. The nail has the second transversal incision, the central axis of which is displaced from the central long axis of the nail. From the lateral side of the nail, the above incision has an inlet, and an outlet within the limits of the output of the first transversal incision - from the medial side. The central axis of the second transversal incision extends along the axis displaced in the radial direction in relation to the central axis of the first transversal incision. The orthopaedic implant comprises the nail having the long axis, an internal wall setting a through hole directed from the long axis, and the first transversal incision nearby the through hole. The internal wall comprises the first semicylindrical section shaped as an arc of more than 180 degrees and setting the first portion of the through hole, and the second U-section, which has a pair of parallel walls, and a semicylindrical segment shaped as an arc of approximately 180 degrees with the second U-section specifies the second portion of the through hole. The arc of the first semicylindrical section specifies the first open surface of the first portion of the through hole, whereas the parallel walls of the second U-section specify the second open surface of the through hole arranged opposite the first open surface; as a result, the cylindrical element substantially having the same diameter as the second semicylindrical section is able to transfer from the second portion of the through hole into the first portion of the through hole. The central axis of the first transversal incision does not transect the long axis of the nail.
EFFECT: invention provides preventing excessive compression, and thereby complete indention of the femoral head into the trochanteric area.
