FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: implant for pelvic fractures stabilization in the pelvic ring includes a nail for intraosseous implantation, a fixator, as well as at least one blocking element for relative fixation of the pelvic bones with respect to the nail. The nail has a diameter of 7 mm to 10 mm and length of 80 mm to 220 mm. The nail, at least at its first end, has a transverse passage opening for the locking element. The blocking element comprises a securing portion which makes it possible to anchor it in the pelvis bone as well as a blocking portion that cooperates with the transverse passageway of the nail, so that it is possible to block the blocking element with the nail at a stable angle. The nail is made able to pass through the passageway pre-drilled through the sacral bone corridor S1 or S2, or to be inserted intraosseously into the passageway pre-drilled in the sacral corridors S1 or S2 without provision of pelvic bone fracture fixation in the longitudinal direction of the nail, and then with a possibility of fixation with the fixator at its second end in the first pelvic bone and/or in the sacrum. A possibility is provided to subsequently apply an external force to the pelvic ring in the longitudinal direction of the nail with pelvic ring compression in the region of the longitudinal extent of the nail. The nail is designed to be fixed with respect to the second pelvic bone with prevention of gaps and dislocations while maintaining a stable angle of force acting on the pelvic ring in the region of the longitudinal extent of the nail. The blocking element for use in the above implant is characterized by the presence of a securing portion and a blocking portion. The securing portion is located on the first end of the blocking element and it is possible to secure the blocking element by means of a portion in the pelvic bone and/or in the sacral bone. The securing portion, when viewed from the first end of the blocking element, is located behind the securing portion. The blocking area has an external thread. As viewed from the first end, behind the blocking portion there is a portion in the form of a cylindrical neck with a diameter of at least the same value as the outer diameter of the blocking element in the blocking region. The nail used in the above implant for pelvic ring fractures stabilization is characterized by having a diameter of 7 mm to 10 mm and length of 80 mm to 220 mm and has at least one transverse passage opening at its first end to accommodate the respective blocking element. The nail is adapted for intraosseous injection with its second end into the sacral bone through a passageway pre-drilled in the sacral bone corridor S1 or S2 and fixation in the sacral bone, or for intraosseous conduction through a passageway pre-drilled in the sacral bone corridor S1 or S2, and fixation in the first pelvic bone without provision of pelvic bone fracture fixation in the longitudinal direction of the nail and for subsequent fixation at its second end in the first pelvic bone and/or in the sacral bone by means of a fixator.
EFFECT: inventions provide fixation of bone fragments at a stable angle, in particular, fixation through the sacrum or fixation through the iliac bone, with a stable angle to prevent damage to bones.
