Additional through canal is made in the head canal at an angle to longitudinal axis for another more thin and sharp-headed rod to be insertable. Its length is greater than the sum of additional canal length and the head canal length and thickness of the cortical bone layer. A member is made aside from its blunt end which size is greater than that of additional canal lumen. Screw plug corresponding to thread in head canal has end slot to enable less size rod blunt end to be placed in it when setting the screw plug. EFFECT: excluded rod migration from bone; reduced risk of traumatic complications; enhanced effectiveness of treatment. 7 dwg
