FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to polymeric lubricant having multilayer structure. Polymeric lubricant having multilayer structure is offered. It contains a) siliceous coarse including from 3 to 10 weight parts of inoculating polymeric rubber latex, mixture containing from 6 to 25 wt % of silan having vinylic group, and the rest part is cyclosilokean; b) nuclear containing from 40 to 77 weight parts of polymeric nuclear for coating coarse, the polymeric nuclear contains from 30 to 60 wt % of aromatic vinyl monomer, from 5 to 15 wt % of vinyl comonomer and the rest part - alkyl acrylate derived by emulsion polymerising in the presence of coarses; and c) from 13 to 57 weight parts of polymeric coat for covering polymeric nuclear, note that polymeric coat contains from 1 to 37 wt % of aromatic vinyl monomer, from 1 to 3 wt % of siliceous polymer, from 60 to 98 wt % of methylmethacrylate and the rest part - vinyl comonomer derived by polymerising emulsion in the presence of polymeric nuclear.

EFFECT: development of polymeric lubricant having multilayer structure and high flowability in powdery condition and high ability to prevent adhesion to metal surface during processing.
