FIELD: motors and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: vacuum sliding blade rotary pump contains cylindrical housing with operating cavity, end cover, gasket, inlet connection, outlet connection, adapter, rotor, which is placed on the shaft eccentrically as regard to housing, and at least four blades located in radial grooves of the rotor and centrally symmetrically to the rotor axis. The said four blades are installed so that they can move in radial direction. The pump is also comprised of rolling bearings, retaining ring, gland and pulley ensured with fastening elements. The blades are located so that they can move in axial direction. The rotor seats on the shaft with minimum guaranteed clearance so that it can centre independently in axial direction relative to the body cavity and cover during pump operation due to the sliding seating. The seating itself is made cylindrical on the most of the shaft. The other smaller part is provided with fastening element, for example cylinder with flats to prevent cranking.
EFFECT: simple design of pump, improved efficiency factor and highest attainable vacuum, minimised friction between rotor ends and cover or body surfaces while pump compression is maximised.
