FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and can be used in waveguide, antenna and microwave measurement technology. The hybrid tee has two lateral arms, formed by a rectangular waveguide, adjoining it on the wide wall of an E-port, and an H-port on the narrow wall with symmetrical diaphragms fitted in it and a single diaphragm, fitted in the plane of symmetry of the hybrid tee in the rectangular waveguide, forming two lateral arms. The symmetrical diaphragms in the H-port are at a distance from the line of joint with the rectangular waveguide. The single diaphragm in the plane of symmetry of the hybrid tee has a gap with narrow wall of the rectangular waveguide and projects into the E-port, in which, at a distance Δ≥0.03λ, where λ is the wavelength in free space, from the single diaphragm, facing the E-port, N rows of symmetrical diaphragms are fitted, where N is an integer.
EFFECT: wider operational frequency range with simplification of the manufacturing technology at the same time.
