SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a highly reliable analogue external interface, meant for interconnecting a data transfer network device with a network using two conductors, which operates in a train medium or some other aggressive medium. The external interface has a connection circuit, which has first and second connection channels which provide for insulation, matching internal impedance and transfer of energy between the general mode filter circuit, which can be connected to the network using two conductors, and an amplifier and attenuator, respectively, connected to the output and input of the data transfer network device. The client part has feed circuit, meant for powering electronic components of the analogue external interface.

EFFECT: increased reliability and level of protecting data integrity.
