FIELD: objects of private use.

SUBSTANCE: barrette contains two clamping claws (1, 3), joined to each other by means of hinge pivot (5, 51, 29) with the ability of displacement relative to each other into opened or closed position. Connection element (11) is stretched between clamping claws so, that it imposes to them return effort, appearing in consideration of tensile deformation at passing of clamping claws from closed position into opened position and directed to claws return into closed position. Clamping claws (1, 3) allows holes (22, 24), in which by running end it is inserted connection element (11), implemented from elastomer with solidity 60 - 90 of scleroscope points A. Fastening of connection element to both clamping claws (1, 3) is implemented by means of holders, located in hollows (21, 23), implemented in holes (22, 24). Holders contain two U-shaped sections (26), blocking two running ends of connection element (11).

EFFECT: device structure provides ability of tension regulation and return effort with usage of connection element of standard length.
