FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and can be used for application of surgical clips on vessel, duct, bypass, etc. during surgery. Device for application of surgical clips contains case with sear, which is connected with possibility of travel with said case, and rod which extends from said case, with opposing clamps, made at distal end of said rod. Sear is made with possibility of clip pushing for installation of clip into position between clamps and movement of clamps from open position into closed position for swaging clip located between said clamps.
EFFECT: improved device for application of surgical clips does not make it possible for unacceptable loading, applied to clamps by sear in various conditions, to appear, facilitates clip application and prevents unintentional bias of clip and clip falling out during its shaping.
