FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: to predict second degree atrioventricular block, resting and load electrocardiograms, as well as frontal and left-lateral fluorography images of a patient's heart are recorded. It is followed with analysing electrocardiogram data, while the fluorography images present geometry of the patient's heart. The derived values provide a basis to determine a model of myocardial excitation propagation. The modelling results enable to draw a patient's heart recovery curve and to determine heart rate - HR wherein the second degree atrioventricular block is possible.

EFFECT: method allows efficient evaluation of possible cardiovascular states.
