WAY OF FORECASTING OF DEVELOPMENT OF TUMOURS OF BRAIN AT CHILDREN Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC A61B10/00

Abstract RU 2360611 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine area, namely to oncology. The clinico-anamnestic examination is performed and and small anomalies of development of the child are revealed. Discriminant function is calculated at revealing of seven anomalies: (F 1): F1 = A + a1*X1 + …a24*X24, where A - a constant member of the equation peer 3.9, X 1-24 - anomalies of development, a1 - a24 - factors of the revealed anomalies of development: iris heterochromia - 0.589, coalescence of an ear lobule of ears - 0.459, trichomegaly - 0.387, the high palate - 0.282, asymmetry of ears - 0.270, fervescence above 38° in the first half of pregnancy - 0.265, flat bridge - 0.153, rotated back ears - 0.141, hypotrichosis - 0.124, contacts of the father to professional harmfulnesses to pregnancy - 0.117, maculae "coffee with milk" - 0.106, nevuses - 0.094, asymmetry of cuts of eyes 0.092, contacts of mother to professional harmfulnesses to pregnancy - 0.091, dysplasia of hip joints - 0.082, frontal bulge - 0.081, open nostrils of a nose - 0.081, toxicosis of first half of pregnancy - 0.078, sandal-type cleft - 0.070, hemangiomas - 0.070, curvature of a nasal septum - 0.068, toxicosis of second half of pregnancy - 0.062, low growth of hair on a forehead - 0.059, contacts of mother to professional harmfulnesses during pregnancy - 0.058. If received value F1 is more or peer 7.1 high risk of occurrence of tumours of a brain with probability 0.61-1 is prognosticated;. if F1 is more 5.1 but less than 7.0 - moderate risk of development of tumours of a brain with probability 0.3-0.5; if F1 is less 5.0 - low risk of occurrence of tumours of a brain with probability 0-0.2.

EFFECT: way allows revealing precursory symptoms of disease in the absence of clinical implications.
