FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rolling industry, particularly to process of receiving of low-carbon steels for enameling. It is rolled steel, containing carbon, silicon, manganese, sulphur, phosphorus, aluminium, copper, titanium, niobium, nitrogen and iron, at following correlation, wt %: carbon 0.003 - 0.006, silicon 0.01 - 0.03, manganese 0.06 - 0.15, sulphur 0.005 - 0.012, phosphorus 0.008 - 0.015, aluminium 0.02 - 0.06, copper 0.03 - 0.04, titanium from more than 0.024 up to 0.04, niobium from more than 0.048 to 0.065, nitrogen 0.003-0.006, iron is the rest. Finishing temperature Tf and winding Tw are defined from correlations Tf =970-13300 · [C], °C, a Tw-Tf - 180, °C, where [C] - content of carbon in steel, wt %.
EFFECT: improvement of consumer properties of sheet steel for enameling by means of defect correction "fishscale".
