FIELD: ferrous metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: method consists in hot rolling at Th.r.= 830-860C forced cooling before coiling in roll, coiling in roll at Tc.r.= 680-760C, cold rolling with 68-75 percent reducing, recrystallization annealing at 680-753 C and skin-rolling. The strips are coiled in rolls with the temperature dependent on content of aluminum and phosphorus in steel: Tc.r.=[650+200(4P+Al)± 10oC]. Cold rolling is performed using rolls with different surface roughness. At least in the last stand of cold- rolling mill. The ratio between surface roughness of the upper and lower rolls is dependent on the phosphorous content: Ra1/Ra2 =(0.67+33.3·P)± 0.15. The upper roll with greater surface roughness is in contact with lower surface of hot-rolled strip being deformed. EFFECT: higher quality of enamelling.
