FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rolled stock from cold-rolled steel and method of its production. Coil from cold-rolled steel, which contains, wt %: carbon no more than 0.006, manganese 0.10–0.25, silicon no more than 0.030, copper no more than 0.05, titanium 0.13–0.16, aluminum 0.020–0.050, boron 0.0002–0.0050, nitrogen 0.003–0.007, niobium 0.001–0.010, chromium not more than 0.030, nickel not more than 0.030, sulfur 0.018–0.035, phosphorus not more than 0.015, iron and unavoidable impurities—the rest, wherein 0.90≤(0.2×Ti+0.5×Nb)/S≤1.90, note here that hydrogen absorption coefficient in rolled stock makes 50–70 %. Method for production of rolled stock from cold-rolled steel includes the following stages: steel melting in the converter, partial deoxidation of steel at the outlet from the converter to the steel-teeming ladle, slag in the steel-teeming ladle, partial deoxidation of slag and primary alloying of steel by content of sulfur during processing of steel on a furnace-ladle or a steel finishing unit, vacuum decarburization of steel and final alloying of steel, including in terms of sulfur content, at a circulating vacuum treatment unit, followed by casting at a continuous casting plant, hot rolling, etching, cold rolling, heat treatment and temper rolling. Coil is used as material for production of enamelled articles.
EFFECT: rolled stock has high values of ultimate tensile strength, yield strength, relative elongation; rolled stock is characterized by high level of quality, high ability to plastic deformation, good ability to enamel and resistance to formation of "fish scale" defect.
