FIELD: construction, road engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of small track mechanisation facilities and is intended for power supply of mechanised track tools and supply of welding arc in process of different operations performance and works of repair and routine maintenance of rail tracks. Track power supply source including block of power supply source on frame with rollers, on which motor-generator is installed with power and welding winding, which are electrically connected accordingly to single-phase power and welding winding, the latter of which is arranged with the possibility of electric connection to the fork at the inlet and welding socket at the outlet of welding block on additional frame, which differs by the fact that it is additionally equipped with block of tool power supply on additional frame, inlet fork of which is arranged with the possibility of electric connection with power socket of power supply block and is electrically connected to outlet three-phase and single-phase sockets, at that between them in electric circuit current frequency converter is installed, which includes block of its operation control with switch, reverse, unit of error clearance, controller of load rotation frequency, transformer, stabiliser, replaceable condition display and basic panel of operator, and also winding of fan electric motor, power supply switch and instrumentation, at that unit of welding is additionally equipped with unit of smooth variation of welding current force, including elements in the form of symistors, one of which is electrically included into power circuit with fork of connection into socket of welding winding of power supply block generator, throttle and welding socket, and the second one - into control circuit with fork of connection into socket on power winding of power supply block generator, winding of cooling fan electric motor, transformers, diodes, constant and variable resistors, light diode, capacitors, dynistor, another symistor, overcurrent breaker and welding socket; besides, power supply block generator is arranged as brushless.

EFFECT: functional resources expansion and increased reliability of device, and also improved convenience and safety of its application due to implementation of structure poly-modularity, lower weight of blocks and device as a whole and improved arrangement and layout of its units and elements.
