FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to analytic chemistry concerning detecting of phosphorus content in compounds of actinide, rare and dispersed elements. Method includes transforming sample into solution, separation of phosphorus by extraction of said elements with neutral organic compound - tributylphosphate (TBP), applied on inert sorbate, obtaining raffinate, addition of mixture which contains ammonium heptamolybdate into sample raffinate and into graduating mixtures of solutions with additions of phosphorus, evaluation of intensity of light dispersion in each of them basing on measurements of optic density by particles formed in acid solution as a result of interaction of neutral organic compound and molybdophosphoric acid, formed from ammonium heptamolybdate, and calculation of weight fraction of phosphorus in sample by graduated dependence.
EFFECT: increase of analysis sensitivity.
