FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and can be used while producing high-quality biologically active supplements (BAS) for food. Food phospolipid BAS with anti-inflammatory properties is phospolipid products. The product is produced by phospholipids concentrate extraction by ethyl alcohol at ratio (1:3)-(1:7) at 40-60°C of temperature. As a result, alcohol-soluble and alcohol-insoluble fractions of phospholipids are generated. Then alcohol-soluble fraction is separated from alcohol-insoluble fractions of phospholipids. After that ethyl alcohol is removed from alcohol-insoluble fractions in vacuum with production of the phospholipid product.
EFFECT: obtaining of BAS with high anti-flammatory properties due to presence of food physiologic functional ingredients namely s, s, , s, s and s.
