SUBSTANCE: invention relates to stomatology and can be applied for local external prevention of initial caries of permanent teeth. Tooth surface is processed with gel for treatment during 10-15 seconds. Traces of gel for treatment are removed with distilled water. Tooth surface is dried. Layer of light-hardened adhesive substance, into which at preparatory stage 2% of sodium fluoride and 3% of "Remodent" are introduced, is applied.
EFFECT: creation of depositary of medications, increase of prevention reliability.
