FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dentistry, and can be used in treating enamel caries at the stage of stain. When treating focal demineralisation without formation of a defect in hard tooth tissues, soft dental deposit is removed with an abrasive paste within 1 minute, making a two-layer one-step impression from a silicone impression compound based on vinyl polysiloxane, casting a model from class IV super-gypsum, making an individual tray from polyurethane in a vacuum former and remineralizing gel therapy based on calcium glycerophosphate and magnesium chloride, which is carried out for 30 days by gel exposure for 40–60 minutes after tooth brushing, and after completion of which soft dental deposit is removed with paste with RDA of not less than 120–150. Teeth are isolated with 1.3-2.3 latex dam; a gel based on 37% solution of orthophosphoric acid is applied on the surface of teeth for 40 seconds with dynamic activation. Gel is washed off from the enamel with water for 30 seconds, the gel is dried by an air jet from an air/water syringe. Universal adhesive system containing 10-methacryloyloxydecyldihydrogen phosphate is applied on the enamel, rubbed in, and the adhesive system is reapplied with drying by air jet and polymerisation for 30 seconds. Then, propanediol-1-2-3-based gel is applied on the entire surface of solid tissues, the gel is polymerised with a polymerisation lamp for 30 seconds, the gel is washed off with water for 20 seconds; the insulation system is removed and the tooth surface is polished with a silicon dioxide and zirconium silicate-based paste applied to the brush.

EFFECT: method by performing remineralizing therapy for 30 days using a gel based on glycerophosphate of calcium and magnesium chloride by applications of said gel in cavity of tray and exposure equal to 40–60 minutes, allows to reduce the volume of carious defect with subsequent restoration of enamel surface.
