FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions concerns ways and devices for drainage of an intraocular liquid (IOL) from the posterior chamber of eye in a tissue of an optic nerve or its subarachnoid space where it is admixed with a cerebrospinal liquid. The inventions can be used for therapy of diseases which are characterised by excessive producing and-or worsened IOL outflow, and also vitreoretinal painful conditions. The way of IOL drainage from the posterior chamber includes formation of the channel from this chamber in a tissue or an optic nerve subarachnoid space. In some cases the special shunt can be implanted into the channel; introduction of the special device is provided for this purpose. Vitrectomy and-or synchysis procedure can be performed for excision of some part or all vitreous. Thus creation of the channel and placing of the shunt for IOL drainage in it from the posterior chamber is facilitated.
EFFECT: simplification of creation of the channel and placing of theshunt for IOL drainage from the posterior chamber in it.
