SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, otorhinolaryngology, and can be used for antimicrobial photodynamic therapy of purulent diseases of larynx. For this purpose inhalation of cationic phthalocyanine photosensitinogen is performed. A light guide is entered into a vestibule of the larynx and irradiation with 15-24 mW power is performed. The course of a photo-dynamic therapy makes 3-10 sessions.

EFFECT: maintenance of constant concentration of the photosensitinogen during all session of treatment, avoiding of serious purulent complications, reduction of frequency and volume of surgical manipulations, reduction of stay of the patient in a hospital at the expense of acceleration of terms of cupping of inflammatory process and aftertreatment.
