FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to high-precision electrochemical treatment. Method includes treatment of an anode workpiece with two cathode tools at low working interelectrode gaps with supply of packets of process voltage pulses, wherein method includes first treating with one cathode tool, and then, after turning anode workpiece by 180°, with second cathode tool. Preliminary anode workpiece is based on ground treated lock part of appliance with elements for its location, elements for fixation of anode workpiece and supply to it and elements, ensuring its gripping and turn through 180°, and cathode tools are installed on two electrochemical profiling machines. Further treatment of surfaces of blade is carried out in said appliance, device satellite is combined with each cathode tool to allow laminar flow of electrolyte without cavitation at inlet and outlet of interelectrode gap.

EFFECT: invention provides accurate and stable forming of all surfaces of aircraft gas turbine engine vane flow section.
