FIELD: electrochemical dimensional working of metals and alloys, possibly for making turbine blades.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of working by means of two vibrating tool-cathodes while applying pulses of technological voltage synchronously with oscillations of tool-cathodes and with translation motion of tool-cathodes relative to anode-blank. Profile of blade is worked at first by means of one removable tool-cathode and then after rotation of anode-blank in mounting attachment along axis of article by 180° and mounting it on removable dielectric lodgment whose profile repeats geometry of working surface of first tool-cathode, - by means of second removable tool-cathode at amplitude of technological voltage 6 - 8 V, linear speed of feeding each tool-cathode 0.23 - 0.28 mm/min and duration of technological voltage pulse 3000-3400 mcs. Apparatus includes two tool-cathodes, anode-blank, inter-electrode gap between tool-cathode and anode-blank into which electrolyte is fed; device for mounting two tool-cathodes; device for mounting anode-blank; basing plate and removable lodgment made of dielectric material, having profile repeating geometry of working surface of first tool-cathode and mounted between anode-blank and basing plate.

EFFECT: possibility for simultaneously making full profile of several turbine blades including root and tail portion while keeping high quality and accuracy of working.
