FIELD: systems for dimensional electrochemical working of metals and alloys, namely for making turbine blades.

SUBSTANCE: process comprises steps of treating anode -blank by means of two detachable vibrating cathode - tools mounted on under-electrode plate at applying pulses of technological voltage timed with oscillations of cathode - tools. Shaping is realized successively. At first one detachable cathode-tool is used and then (after rotating anode - blank in mounting attachment by 180°) second detachable cathode-tool is used at amplitude of technological voltage 6 - 10 V, linear feed speed of each cathode - tool 0.2 - 0.25 mm/min and pulse duration of technological voltage 2700 - 3300 mcs. Cathode - tools for shaping convex and concave sides of blade together with adjacent to them profiles of lock are made in NC milling machine according to mathematical model calculated according to dimensions of shaped blade. Anode - blank with technological allowance of its end sides has cross section in the form of parallelogram with acute angle equal to acute angle of cross section of blade lock. Anode - blank is arranged on basing plate having the same angle between lateral sides of working surface.

EFFECT: enhanced quality and accuracy of blade shaping.
