FIELD: construction equipment.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises mounting jib with rope and hook, attached to the crane tower boom head, and mounting winch coupled with the rope and arranged on counterweight jib. Aforesaid mounting jib comprises rotary column with the drive turning the jib about its axis, boom coupled with the column and adjustable-length brace with its ends pivoted to the column and boom. The boom head both side panels accommodate brackets to attach the column to crane tower boom head of the right and left sides. The winch rope is reeved in the jib return pulleys fastened at the boom head rear panel top part, its bottom part, bottom part of any side panel, column central part inside and on boom head. Return pulley fastened at the column central part seats between the boom and adjustable-length brace.
