FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: it is implemented steel smelting, containing, wt %: carbon 0.05-0.10, silicon not more than 0.06, manganese 0.25-0.50, phosphorus not more than 0.025, sulphur not more than 0.020 iron and unavoidable admixtures - the rest, slab continuous casting, changing of casting rate of which shouldn't exceed 0.1 m/min, slab heating up to 1220-1320°C, hot rolling into strips with finishing temperature 830-890°C, cooling by water, winding of strips into coils at temperature 550-610°C, etching, cold rolling with overall cobbing 60-80%, recrystallisation annealing at 640-700°C with isolation at this temperature during 6-18 hours and temper rolling of strips with cobbing 0.7-1.4%.
EFFECT: providing of specified hardness and its homogeneity lengthwise the strip.
