FIELD: textile; paper.
SUBSTANCE: basis consists of at least two cotton layers laid on top of each other. At least one of the layers lays lengthwise and the other parallel layer lays diametrically opposed. The layer whose fibers are diametrically opposed go continuously along the width of the cloth ribbon. For each of the directional fibers the first supporting module is made using the first auxiliary linen along the width, which is shorter than the width of the prepared cloth ribbon. The first auxiliary linen, during the time or after the laying of fibers is wound up in a spiral shape along the width, which accordingly is necessary for preparing ready width of the cloth ribbon. For each layer of diametrically opposed fibers the second supporting layer is prepared by using separate segments, consisting of a combination of secondary supporting linen and affixed to it by the fibers. The segments of the supporting modules are laid on the first supporting module and its lengthwise direction is sequentially done on top of one another with each other in such a way as to build up the supporting secondary module. For preparation of cloth ribbon from one side of the supporting module by using needle punching the layers of the linen are pinned together with the pattern of the fibrous matrix.
EFFECT: high diametric durability of the ribbon and permanent properties along the width.
