SUBSTANCE: method involves applying polymeric resin onto base-substrate in the form of predetermined pattern so that said predetermined pattern is impressed into articles manufactured using proposed tape. Material of polymeric resin penetrates into base-substrate and, when desired, forms layer of predetermined thickness thereon. Polymeric resin is deposited in droplets having average diameter of 10 micron and more. Method further involves hardening or curing of polymeric resin material using means suitable for material composition; optionally subjecting said material to abrasive processing for imparting uniform thickness and macroscopically smooth surface extending in single plane.
EFFECT: increased efficiency, reduced intensity of process, and improved quality of articles manufactured from tape produced using said process.
