FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine area, in particular pharmacology, namely to a way of estimation of antihypoxic preparations efficiency on the model of respiratory hypoxia at Daphnia magna Straus. The offered way consists in registering time of death of hydrobionts in assay without air access to medium with aquarian water and medium with preparation addition. Then time of death of hydrobionts at increasing volumes of assays of the investigated substance changing on a logarithmic scale is registered. Graphic dependence of time of death of hydrobionts on an axis of ordinates from assay volume on an axis of abscisses is built. A rectilinear site of graphic dependence is built and tgα of an inclination angle of a rectilinear site of the schedule to an axis of abscisses is calculated. Sizes of tgα are compared in the control group and in experience with the assumed antihypoxic preparation. The more size of tgα, the more strong antihypoxic action is.
EFFECT: offered way allows realising the specified appointment.
