SUBSTANCE: during spring-summer and autumn-winter seasons, lengthy bio-testing is performed more than once of Daphnia magna Straus on natural water with introduced pollutant. Decision about presence of chronic toxic effect is taken on basis of trustworthiness of differences between survivability characteristics and reproduction characteristics of Daphnia magna Straus on natural water without pollutant and with pollutant.
EFFECT: increased precision of toxicological estimation of potential danger of pollutants, getting into water bodies, for water organisms, most sensitive to their effect.
