FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns biochemistry and medicine area, namely, to the modified way of determination of theelol in a biological liquid of pregnant women. The way of determination of theelol in a biological liquid of pregnant women is offered: acid hydrolysis of daily urine in a water bath at temperature 100°C is made; 10 ml of sulfurous ether is extracted, which is evaporated to a dry deposit. The modified colour test is made; a reactionary admixture is dilluted in a 0.9M of trichloroacetic acid in chloroform and in 15 minutes photometering is performed on a microcolorimeter quantity of theelol is determined. The offered way allows to consider all sum of the given hormone synthesised within days and to exclude influence of instant fluctuations on results.
EFFECT: way leads to intensifying of sensitivity of a method of theelol determination.
