FIELD: radiolocation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transceivers of super high frequency (SHF) oscillations designed for operation in active phased antenna array (APAA) of airborne radar installed at fighter aircraft. Effect is achieved due to use of the same controlled phase shifter and controlled attenuator in transmit-receive module (TRM) for SHF oscillations transmission and receipt. To this end the second, third and fourth switches are installed in TRM, their control inputs are connected with control input of the first switch, the second contacts of the second and third switch are connected through series-connected controlled attenuator and phase-shifter; the first contacts of the second and fourth switches are interconnected directly and the third contacts of the second switch are connected through amplifier, the third contact of the second switch is connected to output of low noise limiting amplifier and the first contact of the third switch is connected with pre-amplifier input; thereat the second contact of the fourth switch is TRM input-output.

EFFECT: elimination of APAA defocusing when module operates in conditions of ambient temperature variations in wide range.
