The expected result is achieved due to the fact that the specified module containing the receiving/transmitting switch, the input-output contact of the switch, the output contact in the transmission position is connected to the input of the transmitting channel, and the output of the transmitting channel is the output of the module, the input contact in the receiving position is connected to the output of the receiving channel, it differs in that the valve input is connected with the input of the receiving channels, the output of which is connected to the input of the directional coupler, and the input of the protective device is connected to its output, the matched load and the detector diode are connected in parallel to the branched part, the output of the diode is connected to the input of the DC amplifier, and the output of the amplifier is connected to the input of the comparator, the output of the comparator is connected to the input of the logic element 2AND-NOT, the output of the element is connected to the input of the modulator, while the connection has a control signal output, the output of the modulator is connected to the circuit power supply of all matching amplifiers of receiving channels and a low-noise amplifier.

EFFECT: increase in the reliability of the receiving channels of the transceiver module, an increase in the viewing angle, an increase in the accuracy of determining the coordinates of the target and the range of its detection.
